Stacy Nicolas is a native Texan. She graduated with a B.S in Finance from Dallas Baptist University. Stacy and her family moved from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area to Louisville back in 2007. Between Stacy and her husband, Rob, they have 5 children ranging from ages 29 to 19. Two children graduated from University of Kentucky, one from University of Louisville, another is a current student/athlete at Bellarmine, and the youngest is a recent graduate from St. Xavier/headed to IUS this fall! Stacy and her family are members of the Cathedral of the Assumption where her brother-in-law, Father Jeff Nicolas, was the presiding Pastor.
While living in Texas, Stacy worked for Texas Instruments as a financial analyst for 12 years. The company was sold to Raytheon and relocated, leaving Stacy with the opportunity to pursue another one of her passions… health and fitness. Stacy earned her personal training certification and ultimately became the Fitness director of EveryBody Fits in Coppell, Texas. Stacy is still an avid runner and loves living in the Highlands close to all the wonderful parks.
Stacy’s move to Kentucky opened new doors and opportunities. Prior to joining the St. Francis of Assisi staff, she worked as a part-time bookkeeper for Little Way Pregnancy Resource Center. In addition, Stacy also invests her time as an active agent for Mayer REALTORS, teaming up with her daughter under the name “Keep Louisville REAL”. Stacy and her husband renovate houses and have remodeled many in the Highlands including their own. I guess we like to call Stacy a “Jack of all trades”.
